Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new product launches, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, but usually take about 1-3 days. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please note that delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of LUXE23's control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

LUXE23 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LUXE23 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.

  • Asking neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
